The house

Brick, timber and a lot of light

We stripped the house back to its London stock brick and rebuilt it around one big open-plan room: sofa at the front, kitchen and dining table in the middle, garden doors at the back. It is made for long breakfasts, wet afternoons with a board game and slow evenings after the beach.

Electric oven, induction hob, a big Swan fridge and a dishwasher, with every pan and dish you need to cook for the whole group.
