Please keep to the 11am check-out. Our cleaners arrive straight after, and they charge us extra if guests are still in the house.
Turn right out of Margate station and walk along the seafront. It takes about ten minutes.
You can park outside the house for up to an hour to unload.
Tivoli Road, at the top of Grosvenor Place, is free and a minute or two from the house. Marlborough Road and Buckingham Road are free too.
Good Wi-Fi in every room. The network name and password are in the Guest Area.
Smart heating is fitted throughout the house.
One in the living room and one in the main bedroom.
Electric oven, induction hob, large Swan fridge, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board are all yours to use.
Bed linen is professionally cleaned for every guest, with bath and hand towels for everyone. If you plan to swim in the sea (we recommend it), bring your own beach towels.
The long table is on the rear patio, and the hanging egg chair is at the far end of the garden. The outside light switch is just inside the patio doors, on your left.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted throughout the house.
There are three cameras on the outside of the house: one on the front door, one outside downstairs and one at the back. There are no cameras inside.
If house rules are broken, guests may be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting remaining rental funds and the security deposit, and further charges may apply. Excessive damage to furniture or other items may result in loss of the security deposit at the host's discretion. The hosts are not responsible for injuries, illness or accidents on the premises, or for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables, and guests use the premises at their own risk.
Release & waiver of liability. By staying, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The Upside Down House and to the terms of this release and waiver of liability. In consideration of accepting this booking, I, intending to be legally bound, for myself, my minor children, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and fully release any and all rights and claims for injuries and/or damages I may have against The Upside Down House and Will Felix Clark Ltd.
